1. Upfront Payments
An upfront payment is required before work begins. This payment secures your project schedule.
2. Non-Refundable Work
Once development has started, payments already made are non-refundable because time and resources have been allocated to the project.
3. Project Cancellation
If the client cancels the project during development, completed work and payments already received will not be refunded.
4. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests may be reviewed individually if the project has not yet started.
