1. Project Scope

All project requirements, features, and deliverables must be agreed upon before development begins. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% upfront payment is required before work starts.
• The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery.
• Payments made are non-refundable once development begins.

3. Project Timeline

Delivery schedules depend on timely communication and the availability of project materials from the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all required content and assets.
• Provide branding materials and images.
• Review submitted work and provide feedback.
• Provide domain and hosting access if needed.

5. Revisions

The project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may require extra charges.

6. Third-Party Services

Websites may use third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics platforms, and external APIs. I am not responsible for issues caused by these services.

7. Ownership

Full ownership of the completed website will be transferred to the client after the final payment has been received.

I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Support

Free bug fixes are provided for 14 days after project delivery. New features and major updates are considered separate work.

9. Cancellation

If a project is canceled after development has started, payments already made are non-refundable.
